The episode continues almost 18 years after Alex Guzman’s release from jail and his ultimate revenge plot against the Lazcano Family. After the incident that happened at the casino, Cesar Lazcano’s decision whether or not to pursue taking down Alex Guzman’s problems immediately. As Cesar’s decision, as he told his guards to shoot out the house, Elisa Lazcano (Carolina Miranda) is seen showing curiosity about what has happened. In a flashback of when Sara Guzman passed away, it is shown Elisa has been curious this whole time before as Alex Guzman retains his anger and resentment towards Rodolfo’s actions. As Elisa follows Rodolfo to the house where Alex lives, two SUVs follow right after and begin to shoot the house. Who Killed Sara? (Spanish: ¿Quién mató a Sara?) is a Mexican thriller streaming television series created by José Ignacio Valenzuela and produced by Perro Azul for Netflix. The first season was released by the latter platform in March 2021.
Alex, a man convicted of a crime he did not commit, is released after 18 years behind bars. Upon leaving, he only wants revenge on Rodolfo Lazcano, the person responsible for the death for which he was sentenced.
